I think there is tremendous untapped opportunity in this industry. And I hope this blog will evolve into a way for us to think about how we can improve the value of the research dollars.

I’ve seen omni studies with contracts for less than $10k that have changed the course of struggling businesses and I’ve seen multi-million dollar engagements that weren’t worth the paper the final reports were printed on.

For all those involved, we can improve the quality of the research if we continually talk about the successes and failures and hold ourselves accountable for the work that we do and the recommendations we make.
